XRs Only Exhaust Sound - 2002 XR250R

- Made a video about a year ago showing the unboxing of my XRs Only Exhaust. Bike popped a head gasket not long after. So finally here is the follow up. Bike is a 2002 XR250R, 277 bore. Air box mod, Uni Filter, 139 main jet. It’s Loud, sounds great. Maybe a bit too loud for street riding.

I used to bash my kicker in that hard. Then it got sloppy and I hadda spent 90 bucks on an new oem one. Now I pay better attention lol. Bout to get this exhaust thanks for letting me hear it

Thanks! Rockymountianatvmc.com it’s the Neutron Gripper seat cover. You just cover your original pan/foam.

Nice, have an xr 250 thinking to buy an exhuast from xr only homepage but heard they are horrible to respond and such stuff, i live in Sweden. how was your experience whit them?
Took about three weeks to ship inside the USA. I had to call them and check in a couple times. In my experiences, its because they have products out of stock and their website doesn't show that. Products are very nice though.

sounds good and clean bike. just try not to start it standing on the sidestand. eventually it will break the frame.... I found out the hard way.
lmao same thing happened to me. it probably wouldn't have broke if the bottom of my frame wasn't rotted. holes on both sides in the same spot from rust lmao. had my buddy weld it up and it's good as new
Great sound. Could you tell what kind of boots you are wearing ? Looks like trials boot to me ?
They are Gaerne Balance Boot, Its like a dualsport boot, very comfortable. Mid level protection.

How tall are you and what’s your weight I’m 5’9 and about 230 don’t worry I plan on doing suspension mods if I get one

Do they give you a baffle with the exhaust?
I don’t believe so, it’s loud out of the box I can’t imagine it’s in there but I haven’t opened it up. They have on on their website for sale. It does come with a spark arrester installed though.
So what exhaust is this? I have the same exact bike and want to get an exhaust like this

Love my 250r only wish it had electric start..
They are almost to easy to start. My 86 250 has the auto decompression so it kicks very easy.

Every time I see someone start a bike on the kickstand my gut hurts..
Why is that
@@Gustygull296 It bends the kickstand/frame where it mounts and not what it is meant for. The stand is made to hold the bike up not you and a bike while you kick down. My dad was the same way so he must have passed it down. I hate a bent kickstand haha

This was my very first dirtbike bought it in 2017 for $1200 came with a ramp to put it in my truck now I see these bikes going for $2500

Seems a little low on compression.
Intake valves were tight, much better now.
your phone did focus, It just focused on the rock instead of you. We came for the sweet sweet sounds, not you beautiful looks.
