I love this! Thats why I lift now in combination with HIIT and then also yoga and stretching. I also fast a lot. So its a great mix and it makes me feel amazing, more resilient and burn more fat even when I‘m resting. I also sleep way better, feel more energized throughout the day. There is also a study that shows that HIIT training positively impacts deep sleep. I love that you cover this topics as it is more holistic than JUST focusing on yoga. Thank you for this talk. ❤
I love the farmers carry and assign it and practice it regularly. Thanks, too, for mentioning nutrition. I need to supplement my protein intake, and I recommend the same for many of my plant-forward patients as well.
