I started my 'spiritual journey' at 17. I came across JK over covid and realized all teaching i internalized and tried to live by was just mental masterbation. Im still young, 23, and life is quieter even though there is so much going on in it. I enjoy it here, but every now and then fear creeps in...like now...oh its gone again :) Sometimes I cry too and laugh at the same time. I feel so many emotions at once all the time. In the past it would smoke them away but now i just watch them. Sometimes they do feel real and they are but you are above them. Who ever needs to hear this: you will get through it. It doesn't get easier. It get tougher, but so are you.
Are we really ready to face ourselves as we are actually or just playing with words? If we are caught in the process of time who will extricate us out of it? This talk is really absorbing.

Is there any need for any wish; any movement away from 'what is' ? The very act of listening (not to just words) with one's whole being --- is itself a miracle. It is listening with one's whole being that blasts any centre that one has had, --- the very wishing this or that is still very petty small and limited. Don't agree with me, but go into it with all one's passion and energy --- then the 'what is' reveals it's content in one go. Test it out in your daily life, for meditation isn't apart from one's daily life.

Sometimes I cry too and laugh at the same time. I feel so many emotions at once all the time. In the past it would smoke them away but now i just watch them. Sometimes they do feel real and they are but you are above them.
Who ever needs to hear this: you will get through it. It doesn't get easier. It get tougher, but so are you.
