NX CAD Quick Tips: Edit Drawing and Title Block

on the left side, below Settings ICON. what is that Button (feature name) is opened. (Like Part Navigator, what is the name of that). In my NX I'm not able to see that ICON. also Menu button(the one you are using to open preferences) is not available for me. 00:39
