Honestly when Jackson used to say "Team Wang" I never could imagine that it would grow so big and that he now employs so many people. It's really amazing how organically his label evolved and I'm so proud of him for being such a responsible CEO and artist. He seems to be doing so much lately, involved in so many different projects and activities. I just hope he doesn't burn out.
In the beginning it was a dance team, but later it was just a small group that he made music with. And step by step it grew bigger. He did all this while he was still in Got7, and Got7 schedules is already very hectic. I really did not know how he does this.
It seems like his motto is “Do it while you still can”, as he said to his manager. His work ethic is solid. Always hoping the best for this guy! His hard work and efforts will pay off!

I don't think many people realize how little sleep artists get. And even though they're famous, they still have to work super hard to continue to make a living. What they do is really tough and that's why I admire many artists. Jackson Wang is an artist that I have such high respect for. He made his own label and his team is growing. He's a very passionate and hard working person
He's not just an artist though, he is also a businessman, like you said. Of course artists work hard, but Jackson has to work a LOT more because he has multiple companies and over 70 people working for him, he has to work with different teams in different countries, etc. Over 70 people depend on him for their livelihoods. He has to look after them, make sure his businesses run smoothly (he is involved in every aspect of what his companies do), etc all while being an artist! Insane. No wonder he gets only 2 to 4 hours of sleep every night :(

Just because the amount of dance practices, variety shows, podcasts, radio shows, fan meetings, video productions, commercials, fashion (magazines), etc. Their company would sign up their artists to everything, as much opportunities they can get to promote their albums and self-image.

Compare the amount of work Jackson does to Jackson's group mates - there have been long periods of time when a lot of his group mates say they've been resting or sleeping whenever fans ask what they've been up to, so I know for a fact that the two are worlds apart and cannot be compared. Jackson said he hasn't taken a real vacation since he started his solo career in 2017, man doesn't even have the time to take 2 weeks off!!

Omg, same here. I love Roommate and I recently re-watched it too. I liked him there right from the start when they were interviewing him while he was eating lunch. That's the case for most celebrities, but Jackson is different. He's one of maybe two or three celebrities I really believe without doubt are good people.
