بدأ د. رضا بدير مسيرته الفنية قبل ٥٠ سنة بآلة الفلوت، وتعلم العزف على يد الأستاذ العظيم محمود عفّت، والذي تنبأ بصحة أن رضا سيكون خليفته، وعلّم د. رضا جيلًا مميزًا من عزفة الناي في مصر، واستحدث أساليب تعليمية للفن الشرقي محورت الناي العربي في المقطوعات الأوركسترالية العربية.
شارك د. رضا في أعمال الكثير من الأسماء الكبيرة مثل محمد عبده، والعالمية مثل فرقة Art of Noise، وعزف في فرقة جاك كولمان، وشارك في مهرجان لوهافور بعزفه للابتهالات الاسلامية مع الفرقة البولندية، وكان عضوًا من الكثير من الفرق القديرة، وشارك في مقطوعات بقيت بالتاريخ كبصمات ثقافية في الموسيقى الشرقية، وهو معلّم لآلة الناي في كلية التربية النوعية، والمعهد العالي للموسيقى، ومعهد الموسيقى العربية.
عزف د. رضا مع أكبر الفرق الموسيقية العربية كفرقة النيل وفرقة الراحل عطيّة شرارة والفرقة الماسية بقيادة أحمد فؤاد حسن، وشارك في إنتاج أغاني أسطورية عربية تميّز فيها صوت الناي مثل ”خليك هنا خليك“، و ”أيوه“، و ”أعطني الناي“ ، و ”صوتك يناديني“.

The full episode of artist Dr. Reda Bedair.
Dr, Reda Bedair began his career 50 years ago with the flute, and learned to play at the hands of the great master Mahmoud Effat, who accurately predicted that Dr. Reda would be his successor. And he taught a distinguished generation of flute players in Egypt, and developed educational methods that centered the Arabian flute in Arabic orchestral pieces.
Dr. Reda participated in the projects of many legendary artists, such as Mohammad Abdu, and international collaborations, such as working with the Art of Noise band. He played in Jack Coleman’s orchestra. He participated in the Le Havre Festival by playing Islamic litanies with the Polish band. He was a member of many legendary music groups, and participated in composing pieces that remained in history as cultural imprints in oriental music. He is a flute teacher at the College of Specific Education, the Higher Institute of Arabic Music, And the Arab Music Institute.
Dr. Bedair played with the largest Arab musical bands, such as the Nile Band, the late Attia Sharara’s Band, and the Diamond Band led by Ahmed Fouad Hassan. He participated in the production of legendary Arab songs in which the sound of the flute was evident, such as “Khaleek Hena Khaleek” “Ayoh,” “A’aetneny El Nay,” and “Soutek Yenadeny.”
