Wow, thank you for putting the effort into making this informative video. Definitely helps big time with learning more about the different areas you mentioned. 👌🏼
I have a question. So I currently live in Michigan, but looking into moving to Nashville this summer. I'm looking for recommendations on the best neighborhood to look into. Everyone is telling me to look into east Nashville, but they never said the area names. Michigan is boring, so I'm looking for a place where I'm able to do something everyday, diverse, friendly people, and artsy. I love flea markets, artsy stuff, art festivals, farmers market, and live music. I'm 36, single, no kids, with a dog. If you have suggestions please let me know
Yes I def agree with what you described as being East Nashville! There are several different areas such as Edgefield, Lockeland Springs, and Inglewood.. would depend a bit on your budget and type of house you're looking for or condo. Feel free to send me an email and we can set up a time to discuss further if you'd like. You would love it here!
2:56 Nashville is my home. Let me tell you a story that even the vlogger may not know. The apt to the left of the screen was the one time apt of Tiffany Ferguson. She was a nurse who was murdered in that apt Feb 28, 2017 by a burglar who entered her home to Rob it.
You have great videos! I noticed a lot of Biden Harris signs in this video. As someone who is in California and trying to get away from those policies; what areas are more conservative? Franklin, Brentwood Nolensville?
Hey John thanks so much!! Tennessee as a whole is more conservative state .. here is a snippet from an article on Williamson County, which is all three of those cities you mentioned. "Williamson County, TN is Somewhat conservative. In Williamson County, TN 29.2% of the people voted Democrat in the last presidential election, 64.2% voted for the Republican Party, and the remaining 6.6% voted Independent." As these cities continue to grow and more move in from other states it may continue to get more blue, however many are moving to Tennessee, just like Texas to come to an area where it is a bit more conservative so it will be interesting to see. I would say just like most major cities, the futher you get out from Nashville, the more conservative it will get. Let me know if you have any other questions I'd be happy to help!
What about apartment renting in the downtown area? what are the rental prices like? I’m considering making the move after college and working at either Vanderbilt or ascension st. thomas.
GREAT summary - very helpful! Thank you!!
