It was another tough choice, but then I remembered that Billy has better Dura + Endurance + Stamina feats, not to mention better IQ and Speed + Agility, despite Tuco having better Strength, Battle IQ, Combat, Skills and Experience... I don't think he would damage Billy that much, let's not forget how he endured a deep stab on his side, 2 umbrella stabs in the chest and survived a bullet through his shoulder that hit his lung ( you can see he was trying to catch air ), but it's totally respectable
