Hi Pablo & Anne! Thank you for your always helpful videos. Especially thankful for improving the sound quality of your speech on this one. Looking forward to the challenge. Hugs

Hi Anne and Pablo. Thank you for your new video. I have one question. Pivoting forward the dissociation goes: shoulders - hips - feet. Pivoting backwards it goes feet - hips - shoulders. Am I correct? Again thank you for your helpful videos.
Can you please help me with an accessibility issue with your videos? I am hard of hearing/understanding, and I rely on subtitles to understand videos. Quite often your videos, as with this one, are set such that turning on CC shows auto-generated *Spanish* subtitles. This is all wrong, as you are speaking in English! The algorithm tries to interpret your English as Spanish, and winds up generating gibberish. I believe that when you upload the videos you are setting something incorrectly. You DO want auto-generated captions, in *English*, the spoken language. Then users have their own option under Settings to auto-translate those into other languages. Actually, ideally, you would create your own captions to upload with the video. This way you can be certain it is correct. Plus, I post the transcript along with my video on my Tango Tribe website. This helps with search engine placement, and it helps people like me who prefer to consume information at their own pace, perhaps referring back to the video for points of demonstration. I use the service of rev.com. Another, lower-cost service, sonix.ai, uses auto-generate to create .SRT caption files which you can then fix up as necessary. I feel the higher quality result of rev.com is worth the price per minute. Thank you for these videos with their helpful content.
