I have been fuckin with Fetty ever since his first few songs were on soundcloud before he started to blow up and I like all his songs. He's catchy. He's making money. People like the old rap more because in most songs the message isn't just money and 'hoes'. They talked about real shit. Like Eminem. They weren't really rappers. They were great story tellers with a beat playing. I'll agree Fetty Wap has some really good beats and a few songs where he talks about his struggle coming up, but the rest is about weed, 'hoes', money, etc. I'm not trying to talk trash about Fetty, matter a fact I like him. But I'm just explaining why people like the older rap better. I'm a hardcore Eminem fan, this is just my knowledge of why. Beyond what I've said, your guess is as good as mine friend
