I don't ever comment,,,but this dish looked extraordinarily delicious! Reminded me of my Grandma. She made a similar dish when my Grandpa and Uncles butchered pork in early winter. I have not eaten this since probably 1968. Thank you for the return of some great memories. I even get smell memories. ❤🥰👍and could hear the voices of family members long gone
Pork feet is really really good! My mom used to cook this for me before and this is really something you should try! I really love the way you demonstrate and introduce the recipe!😄 I really enjoyed watching your video! Thank you for sharing👍
I've made this once before but this recipe looks so much better. I used to have this dish occasionally in the winters when I lived in Shanghai. Brings back memories!
WOW, unbelievable! I've been a pigs feet connoisseur since I was in the Marines and loved to eat them from my childhood as well growing up on a farm in Wyoming! Myself; grew up with pickled pig feet. I will have to try this and give a few twists. I'm thinking on taking your recipe and when there are about 3/4 the way done putting them in my smoker for about 2 hours to finish them off.. While in the house reducing the marinate boil you have and turn it into a dipping like Au jus... That or doing some kind of pickling to them. I don't know... I'll let you know when I get there...
