The Installation Guide for the MLPE Mount (unirac.com/pdf/mlpe-mount-installation-guide/) indicates that the attachment hardware is to be torqued to 20 ft-lb. The demonstrator in this video uses an impact driver, which doesn't offer the ability to tighten to a specified torque.
The wire management also leaves something to be desired. The instruction to "stretch lead downwards and secure with a clip" would be a violation of the NEC 2020 (690.31(C)(1)), which requires cables to be secured at intervals not to exceed 600 mm (24 in.).
