The visa duration will be the duration of the course you'll apply for 3. Yes you can do course while studying at tafe - however, getting a visa from India for studying in tafe is unlikely to happen under current circumstances due to India being in level 3 for Australian Student Visa

U can but be very careful. Even if the app is on and u r not taking the ride....it may be counted towards ur hours of work quota.
