Great video Michael & Zilke! Great day, great weather, great YA team, great boat!!! May I please make a couple of observations?
1) Zilke try holding the rod between the reel and the first eye - it'll give you better leverage, especially if Michael gets you a rod bucket
2) Michael, if you gently ride forward as Zilke pulls in the anchor, it'll make it alot easier for the young lady adventures...

Seems to me that the fransmadam(Hottentot)(Western Cape) is related to bronze bream(Eastern Cape), Jan bruin( bronze bream on steroids), butter fish(deep sea) and fusilier (Down Under)... most appropriate name is "butter fish" - it straight up tells you bout the taste of the fish! Like all the bottom dwellers, they have a much more tasty, varied and interesting diet... and that is reflected in the flavor of the fish!!! These blokes are not gaming 24/7 so their flesh is more soft and tender... unlike the snoek & yellow tail hulle with their buff muscle fibres...
