They are both great. Please don't forget the Godfather of Soul, James Brown! It's like comparing apples, oranges and peaches. All delicious, it's just what you have the taste for.

Chris was in there just to watch the shadow boxers.They just pulled him out the audience spur of the moment to sing.Thats not his band never sang with them before this.

Not exactly true. The band had met Chris at a different event prior. They actually invited Chris to perform with them via email. Obviously, he obliged. Along with 3 other artists. He was not there by happenstance. And they didn't just pull him from the audience. It was arranged. However, they had never played together and there was no rehearsal for this performance. The audience picked the song based on the Shadowboxers' catalog.
And in my own opinion...it's hard comparing male and female vocals. But I personally would listen to Chris' version of this over Angelina's all day, every day and twice on Sunday.

If you are at all familiar with Chris, you know this is not his band. JT Cure & Derek Mixon are nowhere to be seen. IMHO if they had let Chris take the guitar solo, it would have been a lot better than the guy who did it.
