Lu Li is smart. If she had inform Yichen and his parents about the pregnancy, there will be a huge custody fight and most likely she will loose. This will be particularly hurtful for Lu Li because she had stated that she likes children.
I know many people think she did wrong in not telling him or his family or even her family about her pregnancy but due to her being pregnant, I think the priority at the moment is her mental and emotional state and she needed to get away from her current environment because she was in no way at peace and also she was very depressed. Obviously it’s a drama so we know later on things will work out somehow and everything will work out between the FL and ML and everyone will eventually find out about the baby but for now I think her leaving without saying anything about her pregnancy was for the best for her and her baby, if she would’ve stayed then we’d probably get a repeat of what happened in You Are My Destiny and she would’ve ended up having a miscarriage and that would’ve been horrible. Now she will have time to calm down and recover a bit emotionally and mentally by being in a new and more positive environment. If she would’ve told everyone about her pregnancy then no one would’ve allowed her to leave, not her parents, not his parents and most definitely not him, and the misunderstandings would continue because she would keep thinking that he loves Li Man and not her and is just with her due to obligation because she’s pregnant. After she left she was able to find out how he truly feels about her and he also realized his feelings for her without any pressure due to the fact that she was pregnant, (also her new friend/neighbor/boss helped lol)

My heart broke when lulu's mother admitted that luli proposed the marriage to happen but that the should lead separate lives. Luli accepted her failure as a matured being. Then when he went home his mother said that he was having his way with 2 women. It is true---the wife he can use and yell at on the one hand and the ex girlfriend he runs to when she "NEEDS" him anytime. Now, he has all the time to help the ex girlfriend.

This is my perception of this episode about Lu Li. I have watched this several times and I tear up every time. I think the misunderstanding occurred the morning after their Love making. Lu Li was excited, she stared at Jiang Yichen while he slept, she had idolized this man for five years an now he was her husband, she was over joyed then heard Jiang Yichen mumble '' Li, Li''. Her eyes opened wide and she covered her mouth and sucked in her breath, he had called out his ex girlfriends name. Lu LI had known he loved Li Man. But... Oh you silly girl, what had she been thinking, he said their marriage was contracted and after one year they would divorce, no ties. He had been blind drunk and probably wouldn't remember what had happened between them. Just minutes ago Lu LI had been elated and now felt only heartache. Jiang Yichen behaved childishly at times but she accommodated his every little whim, she learned how to cook his favorite dishes, while working as a top notch computer programmer in his company and she loved being his wife. She didn't blame him for what had happened last night, she had willingly given herself to him. She hadn't thought about the consequences of her actions. Lu Li meekly slid off the bed and quietly picked up her clothes from the floor and without a sound left the bedroom, so she hadn't heard Jiang Yichen's next words, ''Li, Lu Li, I want to go home". She didn't see the conflict and confusion written all over his face. He logged into the game Dream Maker they had played together 5 years ago, his heart thawed and the flood gates opened. He missed her and needed her. He was very sorry for his actions. Lu Li couldn't leave without seeing him one last time, hopeful. She watched Li Man walk passed her taxi and into their apartment building. She stepped out of the taxi looking at their apartment lights and minutes later it was dark. She left, misunderstanding what she had seen. Li Man went to visit Jiang Yichen but continuously insulted his wife. Li Man thought that she was in with a grin, but he showed her the door, switched off the lights and went to bed. Lu Li would never have dreamed that her husband was now on a mission to woo her back, but first he had to find out her preferences and prove to her that he was genuine about his feelings for her. Naw I can see why she didn't. She wanted a clean break. She was just miserable putting up with his crap and needed out. If the family knew they would force her to stay in the marriage and if she didn't they would take the baby. In Asian countries they always side with the father.
Lulu needed to take care of herself first according to her needs & priorities, not of YC, parents, parents in law, etc.. Since YC, not the baby, was causing her so much grief, she resolved it by resigning & move to new place. She needed to become independent from him. Remember, she even had to borrow 5000Y from Jitong bc she didn’t have enough money.

The major difference between You Are My Destiny and CP vis-a-vis the male lead's relationships is that in YAMD he didn't make an effort to end his personal relationship with the first GF until late in the story. In CP he was up-front with the ex-GF that he had no desire to resume the personal relationship, and kept in contact with her only for business or to help her out since she had noone else to rely on. At least up to the beginning of this episode, his intentions toward Li Man should not have been an issue, but he failed horribly in the execution due to failing to communicate with Lu Li.

Liman only felt bad that she was found. She did not have a problem asking her dad 5o put an act about the disc which she stole because how can that disc be in her personal possession when it is company property. She also took father's advice to steal yicheng by scalding herself and furthermore luli called when she was being chased and she answered yicheng's phone telling luli yicheng is beside her. Then when she heard about the divorce she called her dad and dad said "whatever I did you will not be involved" now she is crying? What a shame yicheng did not investigate further if he really cared for his wife.
Wish all the best for LU LI. Sometimes we need to learn the hard way of what truly love is and cherish the moments. Heartbreaking but with this kind of challenge how will you learn to survive the pitfalls of life. I blame both of them. If she aired her grievance to him, he is the type to try his best to fix things ... That i have seen so far. Also I blame him cause he is slow and insensitive to her feelings. So they are both to be blame.. she is not better than him cause it a one sided love from the onset and she should have expected that he would still have feeling for his ex. She could have made the relationship work between them if only she expressed her true feeling and allows him to explain instead of always jumping into conclusion. Just my point of view

I agree and Yicheng is also at fault for all the times he yelled at her and all those hurtful things he said. If I were Lu Li, I wouldn't feel like I could confess to or communicate with a guy who was constantly angry with me and only married me because of his business being threatened by his father. It also upsets me that Yicheng couldn't see that as a married man (even if it's arranged) it was just wrong to be friends with a woman who has feelings for him and how didn't he see that one of Lu Li's calls were answered? This is my perception of this episode about Lu Li. I have watched this several times and I tear up every time.
I think the misunderstanding occurred the morning after their Love making.
Lu Li was excited, she stared at Jiang Yichen while he slept, she had idolized this man for five years an now he was her husband, she was over joyed then heard Jiang Yichen mumble
'' Li, Li''.
Her eyes opened wide and she covered her mouth and sucked in her breath, he had called out his ex girlfriends name. Lu LI had known he loved Li Man. But...
Oh you silly girl, what had she been thinking, he said their marriage was contracted and after one year they would divorce, no ties.
He had been blind drunk and probably wouldn't remember what had happened between them. Just minutes ago Lu LI had been elated and now felt only heartache.
Jiang Yichen behaved childishly at times but she accommodated his every little whim, she learned how to cook his favorite dishes, while working as a top notch computer programmer in his company and she loved being his wife. On arrival at the hospital, Lu Li's face looked numb, she watched Jiang Yichen assist Li Man into the hospital, she new that she couldn't compete with the woman he Loved.
Lu Li cooked and served their dinner and calmly told Jiang Yichen , she's resigning and will give him a divorce tomorrow and not wait the year, she left the table and left the house. She didn't see the conflict and confusion written all over his face.
He logged into the game Dream Maker they had played together 5 years ago, his heart thawed and the flood gates opened. He missed her and needed her. He was very sorry for his actions.
Lu Li couldn't leave without seeing him one last time, hopeful. She watched Li Man walk passed her taxi and into their apartment building. She stepped out of the taxi looking at their apartment lights and minutes later it was dark. She left, misunderstanding what she had seen.
Li Man went to visit Jiang Yichen but continuously insulted his wife. Li Man thought that she was in with a grin, but he showed her the door, switched off the lights and went to bed.
Lu Li would never have dreamed that her husband was now on a mission to woo her back, but first he had to find out her preferences and prove to her that he was genuine about his feelings for her. Stay tuned :

The major difference between You Are My Destiny and CP vis-a-vis the male lead's relationships is that in YAMD he didn't make an effort to end his personal relationship with the first GF until late in the story. In CP he was up-front with the ex-GF that he had no desire to resume the personal relationship, and kept in contact with her only for business or to help her out since she had noone else to rely on. At least up to the beginning of this episode, his intentions toward Li Man should not have been an issue, but he failed horribly in the execution due to failing to communicate with Lu Li.
I dedicate the song "All cried out" by Lisa Lisa and the Cult Jam to Lu Li. It sums up how she felt that brought her to leave Yicheng.

Liman only felt bad that she was found. She did not have a problem asking her dad 5o put an act about the disc which she stole because how can that disc be in her personal possession when it is company property. She also took father's advice to steal yicheng by scalding herself and furthermore luli called when she was being chased and she answered yicheng's phone telling luli yicheng is beside her. Then when she heard about the divorce she called her dad and dad said "whatever I did you will not be involved" now she is crying? What a shame yicheng did not investigate further if he really cared for his wife.
