Midtown Madness: Hot Pursuit (Target Car Teaser)

With all Circuit races completed, Checkpoints 7-12, and now Checkpoints 1-4 done, I get closer to completion with this mod/pack.
In this video of my mod Target Car, the role is swapped as You are the Target Car. You have a bit more health than usual, weigh slightly more, and aren't so affected by low health. You'll be pitted against high amounts of traffic, opponents trying to catch you off guard, and a massive amount of police.
Just a note about this project. I work on it when I can which isn't all that often, it's more than just a race pack as opponent colors and other factors get involved, and a hefty amount of play testing goes in to try and make sure that early races are easier than the later.
