Brian Shaws boy is already looking a thicky and he's super strong for his age, there are levels when it comes to the elite, and I think Brians boy will be one of the upper elite in the future.

I am a 100% disabled veteran of 10 years in the service from June 2001 to May 2011, (ok just shy of 10 years, lol) but either way I used to be huge into lifting! If I wasn't working or on my Harley I was in the weightroom. My max bench was nothing like you guys could get but I could get 525lbs flat bench. Chest/tri's was always my favorite day. Being able to watch your videos is almost like reliving it, and although I know I will never be able to lift again watching you, and Brian (and ok sometimes Eddie and Robert who really reminds me of me, lol.) That band exercise looks like a good way to engage my back after sitting in my car all day. Perhaps lighter bands to begin with the train the muscle/nerve reaction.

You give me motivation to lift heavy at an older age and i'm a few years younger (48), but it feels good and strong.
Geez the fact the teen girl is on par if not better than a boy her age is phenomenal.
