LOL... I am in the UK so here most schools/colleges have a ground hazard marked on flight maps... the issue is a privacy concern. So you always get a confused security guard or tutor who thinks that they have a no fly zone... this isn't true only the caa or in your case faa can issue no fly zone warnings... ground hazards marked for privacy means no filming where people can be identified from the footage. Continue to fly without fear, love your content dude. 😉
Semi-true. You can’t be physically standing on property where the owner (or government) has said you can’t fly on. You can definitely fly over/around the property as long as you’re not actually located on it.
@@HartPv a property owner saying you can't fly removes the ability to take off and land there. Here in the uk a sub 250gram drone can still fly over that property. Which is were people get confused that if there is a no drones sign some people incorrectly assume that means no flying. It always makes me laugh when I have to point out buying a no drone sign off ebay doesn't change aviation law. 😆

I would add that in the US lingering over a particular property (especially below tree level) could be construed as harassment by law enforcement depending on the jurisdiction. You always have the right to transit a property, but remaining in a close proximity and flying near people can result in a harassment charge.
@@HartPv School is a public (Unless its a charter or private run institution..) property. You can stand on it all you want, as long as you aren't doing anything illegal... and despite what the gaurd may think its not illegal to fly a drone.
