Switching from the sounds of welders to grinders to sewing machines it's like a construction lullaby.

She is getting done by leaps and bounds. Hard to believe in 6 years you went from the paper origami folds to where she sits today. I wish i could be there to run a few inches or feet of welds, just to be a part of it. Fair Winds to Seeker and her crew

You and your crew ever cease to amaze me on how much you achieve in such a short time. The "can do" attitude is an absolute lesson to us all and one that I have tried to incorporate into my life by starting a new small business, many thanks for your demonstrated encouragement.

Never a dull moment on Seeker, everyone inhales energy from each other and work continues to amaze everyone and that's what makes this the adventure of a lifetime. Thanks to all who share the adventure and make it possible for Doug and his dream, making the Seeker a work of hundreds of hands and minds. I won't trade a minute of it for anything, Thanks Doug !!

Best video in a while I think. I'm really seeing the light at the end of the tunnel there it seems. Good to see the CNC running again. It's what first brought me to your channel. And I can't believe no one did a Titanic wing spread pose on the new bow there....

I suggest using Marine Tex "gray" sealant on all fuel tank seams. Despite appearing to be sealed, they aren't. Small porous areas will emit an unbelievable diesel stench. I tested cured marine Tex completely submerged in ethanol petrol and it did not deteriorate. I used it to seal the seams on the 40 gallon petrol tank I built for my vanagon and they are still leak/seep free one year later. Looking great. Glad you found some help!

McMaster has forged steel half couplings. These weld nicely without turning into Swiss cheese like the couplings from the big box store. 1" size is about $2
