We see that after sometime number of electron incoming on cathode stopped making the current constant in the circuit and not further increase. so we can say that pinch off voltage is fn of intensity

At 33:43 Sir i have a doubt ,if we increase the frequency of the radiation then the kinetic energy of the radiation also increases so electrons which were not coming out previously due to less energetic photons can now come out by absorbing the higher energy photons, so number of photoelectrons will be increased and so photocurrent will be increased

No bro...there is no relation between no of electrons and frequency... As intensity increases more photon will be there and the case u told happens...
