“And I Love Her” is my favorite Paul McCartney’s masterpiece. It was written in the basement music room at Jane Asher's parents home in London Feb. of 1964.
The song of the century “Yesterday” ( initially titled “Scrambled eggs) was created in a dream at the attic room of Jane Asher house November of 1963. The songs are full of his artistic DNA, right down to possibly being another indirect expression of the mourning of his mother’s death.
I call these masterpieces of Paul basement and attic miracles.
I have heard many piano cover versions of these two songs. I don’t really know why your version is so enchanting and captivating. What is your secret Sangah?
