Hi. I am not a religious person. I do believe must do stretching, daily. Exercise to build our body strength on our body mass. Cycle to build our leg muscle to coordinate our movement. Be calm always. ..Try to do Gytronic exercise. Good for back spine and correct posture. Take care and do workout daily.

I am not a Christian and to me it is okie what the actors and actresses said as they are true....everyone has his or her own religion👍. If u believed in your religion, miracles would happen sometimes and you would be blessed🙂. My sister-in-law had the same encounter too with God once she was sick many years ago, and she shared with me. She later became a Christian🙂. I believed in all Gods too👍 but I had my own religion now. I didnt like those people who kept preaching how good their religion was and at same time passing very unfavourable remarks on others' religions. I was 😡when a hubby of a lady (both were Christians) I just knew sneered on my and other religion. He even joked about what I believed in. I think it was not right🙅♀️🙅♀️🙅♀️ to be thus. Yup many years ago, a miracle happened once to me when I called out "God plse help me find it as it was getting dark and I so tired". I had been searching for something badly one night and couldnt find it...suddenly I shouted out to God and when I lowered my head, I saw the item in front of me😀.I couldnt believed it!!!! I was a free thinker then...I later became a Buddhist due to some incidents, and I was really grateful 🙏🙏🙏then to be able to know about Buddhism and Kuan Yin, and to have faith in my own religion. So plse all🙂....keep believing in your own religion 🙏...but at same time respect others' religions too😀 👍.
