I also hung around those areas a lot a few months ago when I was in SaLone. I watched & reached Sierra Leone Commercial Bank at Siaka Stevens St 🙂 🇨🇦

I've been on parts of Circular Road but often wondered what the whole road was like because, as you said, it is a famous and heavily used road in Freetown. I now see why, as it touches many other areas and leads to the heart of the city's center. Thank you for this exploration, Triple-A.
For my shoutout, I watched this video from start to finish-from the Campbell Street Pademba Road junction to the SL Commercial Bank on Siaka Stevens Street. Do you know how one assumes how things connect but never takes the time to confirm those assumptions? This video confirmed many of my assumptions. Thank you, Triple-A.

Is that the post office adjacent to the SL commercial bank? Awesome video. I grew up for the most part at 106 Circular Rd. I saw my first primary schools (Christ Church and Tabernacle) Hamjat.
Wow! The very building where voice of Islam is used to be where we lived. It was a 3 story yellow building and we occupied the 2 floor. Salone has changed. I haven’t visited in 16 years but will be visiting this October. I will definitely visit my childhood home even though it has changed to voice of Islam.

Growing up in Circular road area in the sixties and seventies, Freetown was a very beautiful and clean place to call Capital City of Sierra Leone. 🇸🇱 I remember the names of some of the streets, but to be honest, this a different place completely compared to the memories when I was growing up. I remember Christ Church on PADEMBA Road, Circular Road Cemetery, Tabernacle Primary School, that where I started my primary education, I grew up and Baptized in Tabernacle Church back in the days. It amazes me as to where all these multitudes came from to make the City looking so unkempt and not looking as beautiful as back in the days when Freetown was Freetown.
This is not the place I grew up in. I grew up in number six Mary Street. I won’t be proud to take anyone from United States to visit Freetown.

Triple A thanks I watch till the end as always starting point Campbell Street by Pademba rd , circular rd show Chruat Chruch & West st ,I used to do my hair @ Ebony Saloon in the 80s West St & Pademba rd ,u showed All st, forth st Beth hrush ,chat abt Model,Brotherhood , Academy skool & UMass, coz that ur ususal rd to skool Rokel skool, Bethel Temple ,Parliament, Berry st but now the it has cut short bcoz of the hill bye pass rd, Allen st chat abt ur 129yrs celebration of ur skool Albert Academy is my late father skool & younger bro skool too ,u shoe the SDA ( Seven days Advertist Chruch) cookery shop ,show parad football field ,Voice of Islamic building , Tarzana leading Skool & Chruch, Mary st , British Council rd , Fire fist building, Truscott st
