I was in the market for a 2.0 turbo, but I'm not too fond of a 20000 rpm turbo rotor spinning inside my engine generating heat when most parts even the water pipes are made of plastic. I got myself the V6 S coupe instead.
I sold it last year - however, I can say with confidence that the suspension was very firm!! If the roads in your area aren’t good, this would hurt to daily haha.
Hi sir i would say first congratulations on having the wonderful car, it's my dream car but are you sure that it will not be more P300 engine in the future??
Thank you! Yes, sadly if you look for an F-Type right now (their 2022 model year) you’ll see no P300 option. 2021 was the last model year with this engine option available, sadly!
Jaguar as a brand, has poor reliability. However, much to the confusion of consumer reports, despite the F type being a sports car, it has the best reliability within the brand. Could be be because the v8 is based off the coyote Ford 5.0. Who knows?
Absolutely, the V6&V8 are based on the Coyote 5.0 block with a proven record of reliability and endurance. These two engines will not go wrong. The electronics will though.
It makes it affordable to a larger range of people, makes it far more reliable they got the 4 cylinder from another vehicle I believe the xj and that car was around for 11 years with zero engine related issues. The p300 has been around since 2017 also with zero engine issues, and it also has better gas milage and cheaper registration (espeically out in Europe and Asia where they charge by engine size), so you get all that plus the style. 300 hp is good enough for a daily imo. But I might be bais as I also have a jag p300 lol 😂
my dream car😍 congratulations!
Thank you!! It’s an amazing car 🚗

I hope someone sees this and can help you out!! Exhaust kits aren’t my area of expertise 🥲
How comfortable it is? Does it have firm suspension?

I loved every minute with my F-Type, and it was surprisingly issue-free apart from some minor issues at delivery time.

Nobody trying to tune it? By Catless dp and possibly upgrade bigger turbo.
Call me crazy but I've never been big on tuning my cars!
👍🏻
Thanks for watching!
putting a 4 cylinder in a car this beautiful is criminal
It’s no reason they discontinued this spec the year after I got it! 😅
