Joseph P, the musicians on this track are still with us. The tune was written and recorded for the Studio One label in the 60's by Jackie Mittoo who sadly passed a couple of years ago. As the recording technology and the musicianship of the guys on this track have immensely improved over the years this, in my opinion, is a beautifully haunting rendition and arrangement of Jackie's Rock Steady piece from a little over half a centuary ago.
