Yes, much simpler! You only remove the backside and get directly to the battery which can then be removed and replaced, while in all the other videos about changing the battery for a J4+ they first remove the front screen, then unscrew about 20 little screws, and only THEN do they remove the backside, but all that extra work of removing the screen and about 20 screws is unnecessary!

This is a trick the battery does not come out like that. Its not OEM adhesive which is near impossible to remove
