I have solved the problem with wrong counting. Sensors (left and right) do not count boxes, but the pallet legs. Try to change the place of the sensors.

While i connect S7PLCSIM driver, and following all the steps like compile....but still it is showing error that "can not connect to S7-PLCSIM V5. Please check that it's is running and try again"

hi, i had the same problem. in project tree right click on name of project (white sheet paper icon) and go to properties > protection and chceck "support simulation during block compilation".
