For Jinx, the second part of her effect once she's leveled is that you draw another card at round start (that is, if she's on the board). About the cage match, I personally think that Path of Champions really pushes the player to look for a playstile that in certain cases doesn't even make you play because of how fast you obliterate the enemy nexus. In that regard I think that the developers thought of a way to make players actually fight the matches, without just winning. That is, if what I think is correct, it's still a very artificial way to do that and I'm not so happy about it, it should be more natural to fight an encounter rather than forcing us to.
