I made this for my mum’s birthday and everybody loved it and told me it‘s the best cheesecake they have ever eaten. I substituted mandarins for the blueberries and combined them with the cheese-mixture and it was amazing!!😍
To those who wonder can you eat straight away after the cake has cooled down? I have tried this when it’s cooled down vs overnight after fridge, the cake definitely taste better overnight. Just make sure you let the cake sit in room temperature for a bit before serving... thanks for this recipe, reminds me of my uni time sitting in Starbucks revising and having a slice of their blueberry crumble cheesecake!
excuse me...! I'd like to make it but only one thing i don't understand that after you put frozen blueberries and crumble on top of it, would you bake it in 180°C_15min then 190°_20min...! please help me 😢😢😢
