Having said that, it is necessary and required for the Ghana roads and authority to put the necessary signs at all required places on the roads, whether it's a highway or inner and neighborhood roads. The signs are a guide to educate the driver about the expected behavior on the road. Yes, I have lived in America for so many years, and accidents do happen even with their various road signs, but that doesn’t mean that we have to ignore what the law requires on the roads in Ghana. I'm trying to do my own assessment on this sad situation incident, there was Electric fire, petrol fire and I'm sure lack of knowledge on how to deal with fire. Things got worse in my opinion, 1.Electrical fires can become much more dangerous if tackled incorrectly. For example, foam, water and wet chemical fire extinguishers can conduct live currents and put the user at significant risk. There are only two types of fire extinguisher that can safely suffocate the flames of an electrical fire: CO2 fire extinguishers and dry powder fire extinguishers (only suitable on electrical equipment below 1000v). 2.There are classes of fire and I'm surprised the I witnessed said " some Good Samaritan with water from their poly tank " help but it went out of control. The " water " extinguisher is only for class "A" examples woods and papers however was used to stop " electric and patrol fire which class B and class E fires. We all need good education. My heart is broken for the families. The authorities should assess this seriously and reconsider underground cables instead of surface cables and sky cables. It's time to think deeper!

So far as engaging entersection there must be signal stop before engagement,suppose there's not traffic light engaging intersection or round about or circle example, my question is the code of conduct which are the priorities ? The one driving from the right coming or the one driving from the left this education must clarified by holding driving licence which determined protocoles and signals and traffic lights where are them ,are they visible limitation km and priorities standard .?
The son should have turn the steer to the left into the parked cars where no people was in or the wall of a building on the right. Ones he realised stepping on the break did not work. I also heard he stepped on accelerator by mistake instead of the break. What ever happened he doesn’t have knowledge of driving and was never supposed to be behind the steer of his age.
What we need to understand is that, the young girls were in the car of the 16 year old driver that caused the accident. Parents we need to be mindful of the people that drive our kids around. Don’t allow your children to just get into anybody’s car, if they aren’t matured and responsible.
