He talking about now wanting to team up with the police to check over speeding and reckless driving. What have they been doing all these while? Salifu Amoaku said in America that he drives without a license in Ghana and without any repercussions.
God will never forgive this boy for ignoring the laws of our country and driving at that age. I blame the one who thought him how to drive at that age. Child upbringing and discipline is not all about money ooooo tom.
Looking at this road , you can’t even see the white lines on the road , if the place is too busy, make it a roundabout or put traffic… here in Italy they are changing all such junctions to roundabouts….. and the roundabouts are not long distance. You won’t more more a kilometre and you will meet a roundabout… our leaders don’t learn
