@Willbot978 Sure. Some (not all) start fast-paced, and most of the time, you are in pace (pace, not pain, my typo 😆) mode. IE is showing a lot of what you have done offline to bring us up to speed. Calm being the opposite - I feel you are, once you are into the episode, really calm and well spoken, clear, and concise. The middle should be the meat of your episode, and I feel you do this well. You have talent. Personally, I would start with a slow catchup of what was done offline with a few clips while explaining. Put in a few fast-paced clips but slow down on some important parts to allow persons to see them. The middle - you are spot on, good context 👌 you can throw in some fast-paced clips with voiceovers when you are working on a large project. The end, as you are doing in some areas, explain what your plans are and what is coming soon and in the future. With a full stop to your episode with you signing off 😉.
