No way the Azir, which is an already weak champ, buff was 3 armor and 1.5 regen, but an already meta champ gets an ezreal ult on w, 200 years indeed.

Ap kaisa was for those who Wana play xerath in high rank... bc xerath(artillery mages suck) why they go and ruined it..

this is a huge buff for ap kaisa yall are dumb ngl. you amass tons of CDR from ap build, as showcased in the vid goes to like 7-8s midgame which is only twice what it would be with reset on live, which you rarely get against good players as they can hide behind monster and minions or just dodge / clear vision. this also fixes ap kaisa waveclear issue, since she does not build statikks and has weaker Q. and even if you are 10/0 god kaisa you will still get countered if the enemies have a good frontline, which this change also fixes. if they dont adjust values this will be giga broken.

@@xTheLindix is it tho? 7-8 seconds is still too much imo. You could easily hit 2 Ws and proc your passive which is way more dmg than anything else and is the actual tank nuker. I get the point of waveclear, but overall it feels not that good. Just my opinion and it probably is still really good, but gameplay wise I just don’t dig it
@@Shadhun98 thing is its not really high dmg enough to be a tank nuker, you need to hit high prio targets, since you always have a limited amount of time to poke the enemies out before any fight. I get why you are worried because it kinda takes away from those cool moments when ap kaisa was really shining but nerfing counters is just a way to make it more consistent which would make the entire game fun not just 2 moments when you actually are lucky enough to hit backline couple times before a teamfight starts to make a difference.
no this is a huge nerf, most of kaisas dmg comes from passive, and u cant proc it with the new W, also the CD wasnt 4s before, more like 2.5-3
