Ingredients:
First Marinade:
salt -as per taste
zeera (cumin seeds)- 1 tsp
Dhaniya seeds (coriander seeds)-2 tsp
ajwain (carrom seeds)-3/4tsp
3 green chillies
25-30 pudina leaves
1/2 cup Hara dhaniya ( coriander leaves)
3 -lemon juice
4 tsp Ginger and garlic paste
3 tbsp besan (chickpea flour)
1 tsp Red chilli powder
3/4th tsp chilli flakes
1/2 tsp haldi
second Marinade (thick slurry):
3 tbsp besan
1 tsp roasted kasoori methi
2 tsp Dhaniya seeds
pinch of red food colour
oil for frying
