Just as a tip y’all: I tried this and it took all night to dry, so don’t expect it to dry in 30 mins-2 hours like most paintings. The plastic wrap keeps moisture better. (My house also has VERY low humidity, like 5-30%, so if you have normal-high humidity it might take even longer 😭) But it does make the NICEST SOUND when you peel it Edit: No, you don’t have to let it dry underneath the plastic; but I do for the sound when I peel it and I’m likely to knock it over and mess up the paint while drying. Will still probably take long to dry because of the high points from the wrap but I’m not sure.
@@lianasnoffet doesn’t matter, I used blues and purples, but you can pick whichever you want! You might want to pick stronger colours, (like blues, purples, reds) because weaker colours like yellow get almost invisible when diluted with water. Hope this helps!

Hii💜 Ongosh thank you so much, I really appreciate your support in here too! Yes, I dilute the acrylic paint with half water, so it’s quite thin for this technique. I use a brand from Michaels Craft store called Liquitex! It’s the best for this technique 🫶🏻
No don't let the paint dry or the plastic will stick to it and the paint will take extra long to try since it's covered and getting no air remove the plastic wrap then let it dry after that u can add any paint on it like the owner of the video added black

Varnish it is basically a protective layer for ur artwork it will prevent it from chipping off if someone touches it and the brand of varnish the creator used is modpodge it is the most popular varnish brand out there and it works really good
