In 1976 I took a one week trip down the Colorado River in a pontoon boat. The most amazing spiritual experience of my life, saw the Milky Way in its full glory. When we lost the stars to pollution, we lost much of our spiritual vitality.... these shamans live in that vitality.

15 years ago, I could see the stars clearly when I was sleeping on the roof of our home in the city. But now it's impossible to see the stars in the city.
This summer I take a trip to the North of the Mediterranean coast in the southern Anatolia/Turkiye. I was traveling on the back of a truck (outside). Altitude has increased to 5000ft circa. And the weather suddenly get cold, temperature decreased to 5 - 10°c (it was middle of the summer). We've come to a place between the mountains. The air was different in there, cold but deliciously clear and spiritual. There was no light, the mountains that surrounding us, was blocking the light like ramparts. first time I have seen the Milky Way that much clear. It was so peacefully fantastic like beeing in space. I lean back and watch the excellence of the endless deep space for few minutes until we cross the mountains... I'm planning to go there again when the weather warms.

This music really helps me to clear negative feelings after interactions with certain people... You know, when you just feel "yuck" after a phone conversation, etc.? Best thing to do is just shift the energy, the focus, burn some sage, listen to this music, clean the house, do some yoga. Really helps!

@Free Nigerian Wifi No, they are not Mongols and carry no haologeouos that are associated with mongols. Slovenians carry non-slavic haplogroup (I2; "Sardinian/pre-slavic") and slavic (R1a) DNA. But with the expansion of slavic tribes - the I2 haplogroup carring ppl were absorbed and linguistically fully slavinized. The reason why slavs (as a whole group) differ a lot from eachother in genetics and are a very heterogenous (divers) group. Slavic is primarly an linguistical group; primarly connected due to language. Culturally they are very diverse, as they came with many folks in contact and mixed.
However, R1a (Kurgan/Slavic/Aryan) ppl spread also around central Asia and were absorbed by Mongols. This is the reason why many turkic folks carry R1a haplogroup, but it isn't found in high frequencies among Mongols.
Highest R1a frequencies are found in Ukrainians and this is also the root of Slavic identity, language and culture.

Dan K Learn geography and history first. Other Turkic nations such as Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan and Turkmenistan are still in Central Asia, neighbouring Mongolia. Also there are many Turks in Mongolia, Siberia (in Russia) and western China etc. Turks of Turkey migrated from Central Asia to Anatolia in between 1016-1071, after 1071 Anatolia became homeland of Turks officially, and since that date we inhabit in Anatolia. Turkic people were nomadic, so they spread to everywhere. Even Turks established states in Europe, Africa, India and so on.

This music isn't from Mongolia. It's from Tuva Republic, a Turkic Republic from Siberia. Very similar to Mongolian music, just like the language because Turks and Mongols lived together during centuries and founded states together.

Seeking a deeper spiritual connection brought me here.
A soundtrack of rain - thunder - and lightning, accompanies this soundtrack when meditating.
A true release of inner body confinement is experienced when listening to this video.
It's good to get away from the craziness of the world - to be in a better - higher place.
Peace is found on the stepping stones taking us to inner freedom.
This video is a good place to walk.

As soon as I i started listening to this I'm immediately relaxed and able to get into a fast trance. This is a portal to fast shamanic journeying! Just wow!! This is crazy shockingly amazing trance music. I wasn't planning on doing astral projection tonight, but this could easily convince me otherwise. Amazing job to whoever made this!! 👌👌👍👍🧠

I started to dig deeper and deeper into throat singing. This video even inspired me to learn throat singing myself. It took me a year to properly use my throat and tongue in order to make it sound like throat singing, In the beginning I sounded like a metal screamer who couldn't scream properly, if that makes sense. Lol

As I listened to this I went into the deepest meditation I've ever experienced and at some point I came to notice that I no longer felt my body and realized that my body was unimportant in my journey. Then I heard a calm voice say "The body isn't necessary for transcendence!"
That's when I was thrown back to the awareness of my body and now that same phrase is repeating itself in my mind incessantly.
The body isn't necessary for transcendence! It just isn't! You don't need to worry about the body, to find peace and to cease your suffering. It isn't used in the attainment of oneness...it's simply a vessel for the greater you...the oneness of divinity within you that knows no suffering. Only the body knows suffering...so to cease it...one must detach from it and realize that their body is not really them. That is how to end suffering......
The body is subject to desires and attachments....this causes the body and physical brain to make you feel suffering in order for it to satiate that itch for something to ease the suffering that will only return if the body is what you believe you are. If you detach from the identification of the body, then and only then can you fully detach and you will no longer have desires and attachments. So, to find peace....do not identify with your body but instead, realize that it isn't even need in the search for enlightenment. You can feel at peace, knowing this wisdom.

I actually found this after watching one of the few "Got Talent" episodes from other countries and following one of the acts that caught me. As a kid, I loved this sort of music (the older styles of melody produced by humans with minimal instrumental accompaniment--such as Native American songs). It saddens me that I forgot about this during my teenage and early adult years. But this is so calming and beautiful--as opposed to our "modern" pop-tech-tainted music that I am extremely happy to have found this again. My love is renewed and now I am remembering other styles and origins of the music I loved...I will be looking for more. Thank you!

Absolutely beautiful, you can really tell that this is an art that they've worked years to hone.

I had an out of body experience or I went to the astral realm when I was sleeping and this was the intro sound. That deep Mongolian throat singing. I can't believe it. Of all things I could hallucinate it was the sound of this. So amazing.

    Extremely interesting!!!
It seems to me I heard this singing in my childhood, or may be in a past incarnation and many times heard it from within. I longed very much to hear it again but could not explain even to myself, what exactly is it. Now you showed me.
Thank you, thank you so much.

I fell asleep to this earlier. In my dream I was trying to tell my friend about throat singing and how calming it was. He couldn't hear me and I couldn't get the video to play for him to hear it.
He was talking to me and asked me to take my headphone out to hear what he was saying. I took my headphones out but the throat singing remained throughout my head. I fought with this for what felt like 40 minute in the dream
It was like the singing was so engrained in me like I was in a trance. I finally woke up thinking it would be 1 or 2 in afternoon and woke up at 1047am before my alarm was set.
I woke up and took my headphones out one ear only to realize I had heard it all through my dream. It was a good peaceful restful nap and dream.
This will be in my future playlist

That was eerie in a good way. I played this track with a track of Earth sounds captured by NASA. You're not wrong about the similarities. O_O Beautiful, but WOW.

This was my help to be initiated as a shamaness.... I didn't even know that I was predisposed to be. I always "felt" nature and stuff. Also seen things and I can see quiet well in the dark. Than a shaman told me it's all features of a shaman. Of course, noone accepts that fact because I am European. But however, this track put me in the first 3 planes... It was incredible. And everything was hurting for real. After the 3 times I was there searching for my spirit. He found me.
Later on this track helped me to astral project effectively.
Thanks from heart for this great upload.
