Hello Ashwyness, thank you for your comment. The die that was used in the video tutorial was a design team prototype and our dies usually come detached. We do understand that for certain techniques it can be useful to have them attached and we are more than happy to take this into a consideration for our future release. We will make sure to discuss this for designs like our Rose Flurries 3D dies. In the meantime, you may use a washi tape to temporarily attach the dies in one places when trying a technique shown in the video. We hope this is helpful. Thank you for understanding!
Thank you for explaining! I love these dies, but I will say that often times these dies are stuck so hard to the tape, that they get bent while removing them from the tape. Of course, the dies are awesome, regardless! Love them!

I did contact the Customer Happiness Team and they informed me that the dies are supposed to come detached and to use low tack tape! Not very helpful at all. I was very disappointed.
I think as demonstrators, their prototype is different to what is distributed to the public. I also contacted the Customer Happiness Team. They were very apologetic and sent me another set that was also detached and on tape. I didn't really need another set but I don't think they understood our issue. No big deal.

my dies did not come like this (connected together) They were all stuck on with tape in the packaging.
