His drinks contain a lot of sugar and a lot of "Avant guard" techniques. I like that he tries new stuff, but this isn't a channel about making good drinks.
Maybe in a few months he'll grow to make good drinks consistently without using piles of sugar but currently his content does not hold up when you look at it for more than a minute.
