Love Adam Scott! Criminally underrated! Everyone knows he can do comedy but he’s also a hella great talent in the drama department as well. He really shines brightest when he’s playing in the middle between the two.
Loved him as Ed McKenzie in Big Little Lies. That show was really good but he gave it its comic relief but in a genuine way that matched the show, not some slapstick or anything.
Somebody get Adam a calzone. Also Step Brothers will always be a classic.

According to IMDB, Jon Hamm and Thomas Lennon auditioned for the role of Derek in Step Brothers. Mad Men was just starting around that time. I would guess Hamm was the one originally cast. I don’t know that for certain.

I was at the Gen Con where they actually played Cones of Dunshire. There was a funny video Adam did for the crowd and yes, it was so incredibly confusing. I watched for a good half hour and then went away to have a beer.
