    sa tagal tagal ko ng nanunuod ky boss RDR ito ang pinakatumatak sa sakin, napakaraming Pinoy ang dumaranas ng matinding karamdaman/sakit, Saka lng ksi nila binibigyang pansin ang health pag Malala n ang sakit nila, maging aware po sana tayo sa mga kinakain natin, hindi po ito madali pero if we are willing to change maraming paraan, baguhin po natin ang lifestyle natin, instead n mag take k ng maintenance m iwasan m n lng yung mga pagkain n nag co-cause Bakit k nag ttake ng maintenance m, gising pilipinas, wag m ng hintayin n rumatay k p jn bgo k magising sa katotohanan, simulan m n ngayon now n!

      Alam ko naman ang plant based..diet. natututo ako sa mga vegetarian na tao.. ang hahaba ng buhay nila.

    maraming saliksik na eggs at meat ay okay. FASTING ay napakaimportante yan pampababa ng inflammation. hindi lahat ng gulay ay okay dahil sa oxalates. mag interview kayo ng low carb practitioners

    As a farmer and herbal maker, ang problem today is pati plant full of spray na, mula, foliar, fungicide and insecticide. Pero agree ako sa mga sinasabi nya, but hindi lahat. Need natin ng egg, meat, fish.

    Ang mentality kasi ng Pinoy ay "PAG ORAS MO NA, ORAS MO NA!" . Pero pag andyan na at malala na ang sakit, tawag ng tulong sa lahat para mabuhay. Just to share what i've learned kelan lang at ito ang ginagawa ko pag kumakain (exercise). I eat my food in order, first I eat green vegies (Fiber), second Fish or meat (protein), then rice( carbohydrate). Nagiging way of diet din 'to dhil pag nakain mo na ang vegies at meat, hndi mo na halos makain ang kanin. Just do it for two weeks and see the result. This is very good for type 2 diabetic. Kung gusto mo ng kanin, sabawan mo lang, but eat it last. Sana magbago na
    tayo sa pagkain at halos ng kinakain natin ay hndi healthy. We need to know what we eat and its benefit. ❤

    He makes sense.. I truly believe chronic diseases are reversible..I was diagnosed with a plastic Anaemia. I left my job and decided to change my lifestyle and what i eat, I tried organic food, choosing the right food..until now i don't have any treatment.. more fruits and vegetables. But I would not say I don't eat meat, still eat but limit it.. I love fish. Ensure it is organic, most of the veggies and fruits now has pesticide.

      Keep up the good diet, add exercise like Yoga and dancing or any form of exercise, go together with the right food to live longer with strong joint and bone. I don't eat rice, I replace with sweet potato or saba or steamed talong. What I love the most is ampalaya, dahon o bunga or papaet but seldom can't find in my location.

    Less lang ang karne, mas maraming gulay, regular exercises, walang stress, mabuting ugali at pakikitungo s kapwa, less materialistic, minimalist na pamumuhay - hahaba ang buhay 😅

    Totoo po yan kc ung Lola namin umabot ng 98yrs old, Gulay at isda lng madalas kinakain nya, minsan karne pero manok lng, ayaw nya ng baboy or baka. namatay xa ng walang sakit. natulog lng xa after 2hrs namatay na xa. pero bago xa mamatay lagi nya sinasabi na nakikita nya ung Lolo namin na patay na. kaya naisip namin na malapit na xa kunin, kc un ang sign na sinusundo n xa.

Ngayon ko ka realized n nsa pagkain tlga ag mali pagkain ri hahaba buhay ng isa tao isa pa sa mga seneseeb ba din sa mga tao galos lahat process food na kaya lamng tlga may sarili farm fresh kinakain..kaya ang aunvle ko adventist. Nsa 87 na sya kla mo 57 lang edad iba tlga vegetarain

I want to share my story, ooperahan na po Sana ako sa gallbladder at the same time suspected for appendicitis.     2 bagay na nabangit ni dok na alam Ko sa matagal na panahon...una...OUR BODY HAS THE ABILITY TO HEAL ITSELF...na napatunayan kona ito sa sarili ko.many,many times at pangalawa ung iniinum na gamot na MAINTENANCE DRUGS ay pra I MAINTAIN sakit mo...hindi it mawawala... pro pwede talaga itong itreat. Kay for the past 10yeare never pah ako nagkasakit...at may age na 52 ay wala pa akong iniinum na gamot..l

      Nope. Mga lolo't lola ko umabot pa ng 80-90+. Wag mo sabihing nasa lahi kasi yung ibang mga naging anak nila nauna nang pumanaw dahil sa sakit. Example na lang din si apo Whang-od yung tatoo artist ng Kalinga Apayao. Lifestyle ang totoong dahilan wala nang iba pa.

    Dr. Johan is absolutely right. Food is medicine. I'm flexitarian, 95% plant-based diet. I inherited my parents diet, diningding, inabraw, salad, steamed or boiled. No fried of any kind, no processed foods. I'm senior nearing 70, with full-time job, 7 days a week, hit the gym 5-6 days a week, Do Yoga for an hour each day, lifting, squatting, thread mill, an hour stretching, taking dance lessons, and social dance once a week. My father died at 103 of over age, no illness, he never liked any fried or sweet dessert but loved gulay.

    Yes tama si Doc kasi noong ako na age of 48 madami na akit sa katawan ko nag change diet ako sa food ko more vegetables fruit kinakain ko meat ko 1 month or twice a month ngaun ramdam ko ma's healthy ako kaya sabi ko sa mga anak ko plan kona mag venture into farming business but it's organic dahil sa lifestyle ng health condition kona sa manila ano dina ako makakain ng healthy food pero kong sarili kong tanim sure organic

      Carnivore here, tried keto for years then shifted to carnivore, the best diet I’ve tried so far. All my pains are gone and consistent energy all day, lean body too. Never going back to vegetarian diet, it messed up my health over the years, Now I’m healing with carnivore.

    Avoid sugar, carbohydrates.., more on fish, gulay and regular exercise.. huwag din kain ng kain at mag over eat, twice a day lang ok na. been doing this for years, i felt better than ever, i lost 25kg on the first year alone. ok na sana mga sinasabi ni doc aside from the egg 😂 ang dami ng studies na hindi masama ang eggs,.. nakakatulong pa nga ito sa proper blood flow. Even doctors from 1st world country is saying this.

      Pwede naman talaga kumain ng itlog at isda at saka lean meat gaya ng chicken breast. Pero limitahan lang. More on gulay pa rin. Nasabi nya lang siguro yun dahil para dun sa mga taong may sakit na gusto mareverse yung sakit nila.
