Cleaning the sidewalks of a city that has been ignored by the authorities for 2 years | Cleanup Lawn

Hello everyone, wish everyone a good day!
According to the people, this is an area that belongs to a city, however this place has been ignored by the city for 2 years with no one coming to clean it up. The people are busy with work. There's also no time to clean them. We happened to pass by here so we cleaned part of the sidewalk here, then people came up and asked about us. An old man about 70 years old and a woman about 60 years old came to chat with us and then they even gave me money and water as a thank you. We are very happy when people here come out to ask us questions and give us money while cleaning the sidewalks.
Due to the lack of funds and machinery to trim the grass close to the inside, we could only clean the area on the outside. After that, we cleaned up the trash, put it in bags, and brought it to the trash bins. I didn’t put grass and soil in the trash bins to avoid overloading and causing difficulties for the garbage collectors since their job is already very exhausting.
