Great review sir, I have bought this few months back and great thing i found in this ac's app is that when you go out and come back or reach near to your home.. it sends a notification on your mobile, asking whether to switch on the ac. Cool feature but useful. All the best 👍
I use it in cool mode. And it becomes very cold after 1 hour of use even at 30°C and at low fan speed. So i wanted to know whether the AC actually maintains that temperature or lower than that. Because as soon as i switch to auto mode the room starts heating up and i feel the heat.
I have noticed that when i set the temperature to 24°C in auto mode the room temperature is maintained at 24. But if i set 24°C in cool mode then the room temperature lowers a bit to around 21°C

Panasonic in terms of ac performance is top notch. I have a 5 star 1 ton AC and have a L shaped hall that's quite big. On 23° and auto speed it just cools the room and the adjoining rooms and even kitchen within 15-20 min.
In my opinion Daikin is also a very good Japanese brand I use it in my home and my friend too and they all love it (people with large space generally consider VRV's which are great) P.s I got some Issues with only one of my old unit but the new model (I have 5 of them installed) are working wonderful since 5 years not to mention the good Customer support.

Coincidentally , Yesterday only I installed the same model CS/CU-XU18WKYF model Which is 1.5 ton and 5star having rating of 5 Stars. It does rake 10 mins in cooling the total room. Really a great purchase 😌
I still have a Window AC in my home and it works like charm. Don't have any plans of upgrading it to a different AC at least in the next 8-10 coming years. No such plans.
I have blind faith in Panasonic. They make exceptionally good quality products. Our radio cum cassette player is like 15 years old and still works like a charm despite the abuse its gone through. Our panasonic washing machine is 6 years old and still zero issues.

Sir it might be funny but can you review good mixer grinder or very good aata chakki 😀. My old mixer grinder of bajaj is not good and needs repair now and then.
For Mixer grinder go for Sujata mixers. They last more than a decade and works perfectly. Any juice shop you will go you will find Sunata there. It is the most reliable ones. They are also not that expensive. I would suggest dynamix model it will cost you around 5000 Rs. Trust me its the best investment.

If you're using it on 22°C, either you don't have enough refrigerant in you AC or there's some sorta leakage going on. I have a similar AC and I start to feel the chills after 5 minutes if I set it to 27°C.
I have this Same AC , but the problem is it automatically disconnects with wifi after a day or 2 and Even after reconnection app doesn't work and have to setup ac with app again and again every 2-3 days
Geekyranjit - I feel pity for you.. , my uncle bought the ac 4 to 6 months back, irrespective of me asking him to go for carrier /voltas/lg. During lock down, it stopped working... Technician assisted via a call but it didn't help. Last month, after inception it came to notice the inverter board got damaged and they don't have a replacement board stock. Till date no response... Also, Panasonic claims no 1 ac in Japan but that was a self promotion no proper proofs, i could find. Daikin seems the preferred brand*. As per my research. Anyhow, if you don't believe then, you can call their customer care and do a enquiry for yourself.
Even checked the miraie app in Google store. The rating seems bad. Hope you could return it. Go for LG, I'm using it for a year now it is good. Lg ThinQ app is also good. After checking Panasonic app I checked the ratings for my ac and that clearly sets the difference.

Wifi operation for within the same room needs a router is it ? With just a wifi phone and the ac in a room i cant connect to the ac via wifi (direct) ?

I have the 2 Ton 5 star AC with Wifi and it works great !!! I can switch on the AC based on my location. Also works great with Alexa.
