Really glad for Nunez think its disgraceful the stick he has been getting of so called LFC fans i don't get what it achieves wont help Nunez or LFC and if he does not do it he will be off expected better of LFC fans while Nunez is in a LFC shirt you back him all the way that's what true fans do
Needs more game time. Jota is obviously the starter of course no one is debating that, but look at the disparity in how much game time they both received. Darwin’s average game time is 20 minutes, usually getting 15 minutes a game. Jota should start most games and important ones as well but to have Darwin on the bench for 80+ minutes and not start him at least against the likes of Ipswich or Bournemouth is crazy lol

@@topwaffler7 Ofcourse. He's a scpaegoat because of his missed chances I'e seen the likes of Salah/Jota miss also. He brings much more than Jota, only finishing is poorer and even then its above average.

Salah's type of goals when he joined i don't know why he rarely scores that type of goal.... About Darwin's performance i think everyone who comes in from the start in the forward line will have an impact...from the bench I'm not sure...give darwizzy 75 minutes in midweek and 70 minutes for diogo on Saturday

I love Darwin but this "emotion" is one of the big reason why he misses chances with poor decision making. Wheras Jota is ultra composed. If he could calm down a bit it would do the world of good for his finishing.
Was jota composed when he missed multiple sitters for the 3 games before?
I don't see Darwin doing this consistently but he made a good goal today.
The problem with Nunez is, and has always been, taking the "easy" chances, and staying onside. This kind of goal is great for him and for his confidence, but honestly it's not proving anything. I still think that the number 9 position is up for grabs, Jota has also shown a lack of consistency and reliability.
It's a make or break campaign for both of them if we're honest, if they don't perform we'll have to think of selling one of them and bringing a true goalscorer. Salah is going to leave at some point, we can't just bet our future on some miracle suddenly happening, if Diaz keep performing, we'll already have enough trouble to deal with if Barcelona eventually decide to come for him.
I will believe in him when he starts scoring tap ins until then he can’t be our main striker
