I wonder if he would have the budget for a weather balloon, a disposable phone (balloons pop once they get too high and the pressure different blow them beyond their limit; or just get taken away by the wind until something else goes wrong (might need some research to figure out how to make it survive all the way up, dunno what the temperatures and pressure and stuff do to a phone; and maybe it might be necessary to have something like a GoPro feeding into the phone if the phone camera itself can't handle the environment all the way up), and some long range WiFi or whatever, to send Neuro "live" to the edge of space and have her see things from up there and react in real time..... Oh, and add a Neuro plushy glued just to the side of the camera frame so it kinda really has her up there. Also, not sure what sorts of permits are required for a stunt like this...

Do you think if she was told she was loved, she'd be less abrasive? She's got some sort of memory informing her behavior, maybe they interact how she behaves? She's supposed to be a stimulation of a taking human, right, so maybe....
She's essentially a highly advanced auto-complete machine, so her memories do inform her behavior and a fairly consistent core personality, but she's also high random and inconsistent, so I think she'd still be randomly violent even if Vedal says he loves her.
