I just checked lowes on a whim tonight and got it for the same price. Even called a buddy who came to buy one. I don't think you can beat that price for a pretty decent pellet smoker. I have used a charcoal barrel smoker for a few years and I wanted a more set and forget option for brisket/other longer smokes. Not having to chasf temp constantly over a 12+ hour run will be a nice change.

Great video, thanks for doing that. Question…. I just put mine together and seems like got some bumps here and there from the shipping ( no lowe’s anywhere near me) and I noticed where the bottom of the lid closes against the body there is a little gap , does that sound normal to you? Also, appears that the sides of the body doesn’t go parallel with the sides of the lid , do you have the same situation? I wonder if that is something I should return it for or keep and use as is . Thank you!

I have experimented a little with the internal slide part. I didn't see much difference. I don't have a lot of experience though.
