This story is about the journey of Rude, an adventurer infamous for being weak. He harvests miasmas for a living, so he eventually became known as the miasma scavenger. People looked down and betrayed him. The unlucky circumstances had pushed him to his limits, making him a maniac monster-eating monster. He knew that eating the monster's flesh was taboo. It was known to be deadly and dangerous, but somehow, Rude survived and gained power, mana, and skills through it. He returned to the Miasma Labyrinth to challenge every floor and even tried to cook and season the meats, which looked delicious. He encountered some adventurer hunters ganging up on an elf, so he helped and defeated them. Rude became friends with her and was shocked after knowing her identity. He helps her regain her health and get back to normal. His skills amazed the elf, and she even asked Rude to join her party. Many more challenges were laid on their journey, but they fought with all their might, no matter what. Many more loopholes they had to go through in Rude's journey.

when he removed the curse, he should have gotten marked by the dungeon since it wouldn't count as a status abnormality and would deepen the plot/actually give a running boss and possibly have future random villains sent by spies from the dungeon or something. But meh why have plot when your party fell apart and had been cursed, np, poof no consequences lady you just had to meet the MC duh! edit to add it would also confirm his skills still had limitations and he needed to learn more/get stronger. Also could he not have other people eat the monsters and he just uses substitution to take his friends status abnormalities to give then power boosts?
