things like that can happen in many workfields, theres just this one person with messed up head that still working and have their attitude pardoned by ignorant owner just because they have longer experience. things you can do is to learn ignore their dumpster mouth, and do your job according to the right procedure. the job itself can be easier than handling that type of person
