This was the first performance video I've seen from Hello! Project. That was 5 years ago. This is still one of my favorite performances and it always puts a smile to my face.
I've searched all the BerryZ and Cute clips and find that this is the best of all of them for both. Up beat and energetic and the one that most looks like they are really enjoying themselves. And though I don't speak Japanese, I get the gist of each song. Really great this is!
i really love the part wherein maimi and momoko sang together... the last bit near the end. i don't know why. :) but maybe because, i love them both but it's like.. i really can't explain it. still, they're both great leaders of their own group. ILY, momoko and maimi. (especially airi suzuki and miyabi natsuyaki)
Both groups members have improved a lot singing wise since this video, especially Momoko and Miyabi who I consider among the best in H!P now. Airi continues to get better and better too. As far as groups, Berryz just barely inches past C-ute as my favorite of the two.
I love it when H!P groups perform together! Especially C-ute and Berryz! They're so kawaii together, and boy would I LOVE to dress up in those super cute outfits!
yeah miyabi is i the purple outfit and it looks like a maid airi is a red and white with a head band momoko is in the pink miyabi is at 1:27 momoko is at 1:48 and airi is at 0:38

I'm a 24 year old hotel manager, bearded face, and LOVING h!p charisma. nothing wrong about that. this concert is the 2007 winter concert, Otome Gocoro. I suggest you buy your stuff from HMV. it's a great Japanese site, with an english version. They have a lot of stuff, and give out exclusive extras sometimes.
Hummm... I like C-ute, but I can't say I like some of the fans as much. They put down Berryz more often than Berryz fans say anything negative about C-ute! Leave them alone... both groups are good!

When you say "this band," if you mean Hello! Project then yes. But there are three different groups on the stage here: Berryz Koubou and C-ute are performing, while Morning Musume is sitting on the side benches. Kago was in MM, of course.
@Brendog1496 yes! she's there .. do u know that the first song that they sing was Koharu Kusumi's song :) I've heard it on Kirarin Revolution,koharu-chans anime ... she's the one who's voicing the main char. on that anime Kirari Tsukishima .. ^^
It still amazes how Tsunku san and H!P were able to audition all of those kids, come up with H!P Kids, develop them into two groups and then create the number of songs in their play book. And definitely Maiha, Megumi, Kanna and Erika, although since retired from H!P, were all a big part of the success.
You have to remember, some of C-ute's members are really young, and just do the dance like their told, they don't know they are supposed to be energetic! They are just doing what they were told!

That's not Tsunku. That's Makoto, Tsunku's friend and the drummer for SharanQ. (I still don't know how they talked him into MCing these concerts every year, but there he is.)

i feel the dance for Ookina Ai de Motenashite was more well mixed with both group, it wasnt seperated c-ute on side & berryz the other al so the volacs were more mixed nicely, but in Yuujyou Jyunjyou oh Seisyun u can see that berryz is in the ront of the stage & it seems liek c-ute was their backup dancers, and non of the c-ute had a solo line till 3:45, it seems like the first part of the song was for berryz & the second half was just mixed. im not bashin either groups i liek both groups!!!
WHat do you mean by seh's more legal? I'm sure they have the blessings of their respective parents to be involved in this activity. And I think that making comparasions between them is rough. They all seem so good.

Has anyone been to one of these concerts? I was wondering what the makeup of the audience was and how much does a seat (that looks like they are little used except to stand on) cost?
the 1st song is c-ute's and the 2nd song is berryz koubou's. Both group r about the same, but berryz members r generally older than c-ute. W/e i like both of them^^

I watched this vid a year ago, because I wanted to see the girls of buono (miyabi airi momo) and I didn't know anything about anyone else, but 9 months ago I became obsesed for Morning musume (especially for ♥yoshizawa♥) and now that I'm watching the vid I can reconize all of them
maimi voice is annoying even though its not squeaky. Momoko voice is squeaky but when she sings with the other berryz its mixed in. unlike c-ute, most of their voices are squeaky so it doesnt sound as good.
No they were both in the same audition round, but the first idea of beeryz was to change the members all the time, even of the ones of c-ute. Because Berryz sold okay they made c-ute. So they were not there first, they were just announce first. I think c-ute is much better :P
There's a difference between center and leader. The leader is usually the most senior of the group, and the center is usually the most popular member of the group. Maimi Yajima is the leader of C-ute, but she and Airi Suzuki share the center.
yes, c-ute & berryz are still a group , they both just relased a singles. I think people thing that there no longer groups because Buono has become more popular.
Not so sure about that... have you heard C-ute's version of Piriri to Yukou? Serious harmony clashing there... They need some more work. They haven't been doing this as long as Berryz has.
i agree with lakisha and cute does sing with passion....yes the girl girl momoko can sing a high note but shes young she has the ability to do that plus she has a light voice and so does airi, but regardless i like both groups but i like cute the most and i dont look at it as a contest.

Tsunku did an alphabetical thing that made up three groups at a time(don't think the man finished that either). He made Beryz Koubou because it is a B. C-ute was later because of it being a C.

I think berryz is better cus you can tell that they sang higher than C-ute. They aren't afraid or shy or anything. Cute had a small voice.
