Thx for sharing once again. I have learnt something and iam going implement it right away. I will give my manager a calf and the rest each a female goat. Everyone will feel involved in the investment but also i will be thanking them for taking care of my project. Thx again.
I picked some really good measures say, weekly meetings with the workers and offering them part of the wealth after a specific period hence enabling them get some sense of belonging 👌🏿👌🏿
Very nice, I'm from Nigeria, I will start my farm this year hopefully 6th month of the year... I pray it will be successful like yours... Although I will start with 5 goats, bcoz of insufficient funds, I will buy to add on my farm.
Best of luck starting your own farm. I know you can do it, and it's okay to start small as long as you have a big dream, vision, and well thought out and layed out plan.
Hey,..very promising and how did u manage it when not on the ground? Am facing quite lots of challenges despite the resilience and just moved to a permanent home since a month now..
Wow I'm so impressed to see people taking agri business seriously,im so encouraged thank you million times, and please assist i also want to start goat farming I'm based in south Africa so i need good contact where i can buy Boer goats and savannah
Thanks for sharing this insightful info. However I should like to ask a few questions if you don't mind plz!! 1. Where did you get the professional experienced manager from and how much does he charge for his services (or perhaps you are not allowed to tell)?? 2. Where did you take your employees for training - and how much does it cost? 3. What is the acreage of your land...how many goats did you start with...and how many do you have on it now? 4. Do customers collect from your farm or do you take to customers?? Tell me something about the market plz. 5. What is the average profit margin in terms of percentage per month?? 6. What are the main challenges you experience - and how do you solve them? Thanks a lot
The whole system cost me about $9,600, but that is on the high side because my land is very dry, and I started working on it during the dry season which made it even more difficult and expensive. But I know people who spent way less than that. I Started by digging the well by hand but couldn't reach the water so I had to bring in machinery. So really my cost is not a good example to base off of. But what I know is that it's worth every penny.
@@AireFarms yes. We were in the same class but I lost my phone and also your phone number. I was happy to see you on TH-cam. Congratulations on your success!!!
No you haven't but I can plan on sharing this process in a detailed video in future. Regarding the size of land, we are currently operating on about 120 acres.
It would be way more than that given the fact that the offsprings and some of their offsprings would also have given birth and also keeping in mind that some give birth to twins.
