In essence it means that for an oppressor to be free they have to let go of the oppressed by removing the boot from your neck. As long as they hold you captive, they remain captives too and everyone who is on the receiving end of the oppressor, is a potential resistance fighter or supports the resistance.
The Israeli government does not want to give up any land. In fact their eyes are on parts of all the surrounding countries. If they take Palestinian territory they will carry on pursuing those areas too. Constant war.
Israel plans were probably something like this;- First, Gaza. Next Parts of Eqypt, Next Jordan. Next Lebanon and after that the rest of the middle east. That's how greedy they really are.
